Road enforcement agencies across North America joined forces this week during the annual Commercial Vehicle Safety Alliance International Roadcheck. They were looking for controlled substances and alcohol in the cabs and properly functioning tractor protection valves and anti-bleed back systems. Four of our drivers and trucks received level 1 inspections during the safety blitz, and all passed successfully! Thanks to our professional drivers and thorough techs in our shop for their attention to detail and dedication to safety. Congratulations to Amardeep, Gurpreet, Barry and Javed for receiving top inspections!

Nearly one out of five commercial motor vehicles were placed out of service during the International Roadcheck commercial motor vehicle inspection and enforcement initiative conducted by the Commercial Vehicle Safety Alliance last May. A total of 116,669 violations were identified throughout the effort, which included all driver and vehicle out-of-service violations and violations that were not out of service, combined. By analyzing the results, we can underscore the importance of conducting a proper pre-trip inspection, to ensure both your drivers and their equipment are road-ready.
