The Operational Readiness, i.e. Operational Readiness, Test Events and C3/MOC function deals with: - Development of processes and activities aimed at facilitating the organisational transaction from the planning phase to the operational phase, through "test events" and specific "readiness" preparation programmes, encouraging the practice and testing of structures, systems, services, operations and management methods, critical for the Game time period; - Development of the concept and operational plan for the Foundation's Main Operations Centre (MOC), which will take over the role of the Games headquarters for information sharing and criticality management. #MilanoCortina2026 #Olympics #Olimpiadi #Paralympics #Paralimpiadi
