I recently wrote about Trigo adoption journey, the lessons we learned working with our retail partners, and how it impacted our R&D priorities. Delivering a win-win solution is, in itself, no guarantee for user adoption. Changing user habits is a unique challenge separate from developing cutting-edge tech. On a personal note - we are still mourning the death of our friends and families in Israel in the massacre and now during the war. Despite everything, we're committed to delivering our products and services to our customers, no matter what.

Tamar and John, along with their young children — six-year-old twins Shahar and Arbel, and four-year-old Omer — were brutally murdered by terrorists inside their home in Kibbutz Nir Oz. This beloved family was lost, and my heart is broken. I had the honor to work with Tamar and John in the past and have known them for many years. They will forever be etched in my heart. This is one of many tragic stories. Israel is strong, and we'll recover. Please stand by us in those challenging moments.
