Robinson, VP of Pricing at Magellan Federal, shares insights into his secret recipe for success. “Before arriving at Magellan Federal, I spent over 20 years in the defense industry. Throughout that time, I worked on contracts supporting defensive systems, weapons, missiles, cyber security, and manned and unmanned aircraft. These directly or indirectly served the military, often aiding warfighters on the front line. “What drew me to Magellan Federal was the opportunity to continue supporting our military men and women, but in a more direct way. My position within Magellan Federal allows me to work in the critical area of mental health. Now, I not only support warfighters, but I also assist their families! “My biggest strength as a leader is the ability to unify a team by prioritizing listening to team members and their ideas. Ultimately, incorporating their ideas and suggestions benefits the team and, more so, the company.
