A note on the journey becoming One GLS: On 3rd November 2023, we had our first GLS KL team engagement held at Bomb Battle. Activities include an escape room, puzzles, and a few series of games. We learned about critical thinking, collaboration, coordination, communication and most importantly we learn how to have fun. We might have different personalities but we show respect to each other's thoughts. We might have different roles and skills but we create trust in one another. We might belong to different AoPs but by putting our differences aside, we work together to become One GLS.

What a way to build team culture and have so much fun sweating as we rode big wheels like kids. Thanks to Adult Big Wheel Club for putting on such a competitive event. We reinforced consistent communication, giving pertinent details to meet the goal to win, and grinding like never before, not realizng how extremely difficult it would be to meet that goal. Yes, Blue team won! But, everyone won as they saw a bigger picture of doing their activities together long term. BHAGs are hard. Goal setting is easy, but execution takes grit, perseverance, and willingness to measure the stats to know whether to double down in efforts or pivot be on the same page. 🌸communicate better ways to do things as you learn them 🌸 cheer each other on even when they have a bad lap in their course.
