Though we have changed our name from Synergy to Wampler Development in our 30th year, the founding principle of synergy has been a cornerstone of our development philosophy for decades. Value is created when the combination of parts exceeds the sum of the parts. Communities are made up of many parts. These include people, locations, natural resources, knowledge, recreation, beliefs, etc. Various combinations of these and other attributes can drive the success of an overall community, making it greater than the sum of each of its parts on their own. #WamplerDevelopment #BuildingBetterCommunities #NeighborhoodMatters

Success can be measured in many ways; some businesses boast about their longevity, others claim to be the best in their area, while others rely on their sales or customer numbers. However, in the entertainment industry, success is defined by the outcome of each event. Your reputation is built on the success of your last performance. We believe that exceptional experiences are the key to success in this industry. Therefore, we always prioritize delivering the best experiences at every event. In entertainment, your worth is determined by your last show. #EventSuccess #CustomerExperience #QualityOverQuantity #SuccessMetrics
Your audience's experience is the hidden key to our success. The Oak Lawn Park District had a firsthand experience with our collaboration last December. We joined forces with the park district, bringing the Art of Inflation balloon show to entertain kids in their Day Off Program. Pavilion-Recreation Supervisor Ewa Koziol responded, "Thank you so much for coming! The show exceeded my expectations by 1000 times. I will definitely stay in touch for the next 'field trip.' I also shared your website and information." This is our benchmark for success. If we ever fall short or fail to surpass your expectations, we analyze, enhance, and press forward, committed to learning from past experiences. #testimonialtuesday #ParkDistrictCollaboration #KidsEntertainment #SuccessStories #OakLawnParkDistrict #EventEntertainment #CustomerSatisfaction #LearningFromExperience

How can we make community gardens more inclusive? Here are some ideas! • Clear communication: Use plain language or translated materials, so everyone in your community knows about the garden. • Display your values: Share your garden’s commitment to respect, diversity and inclusion. • Plan space for connection: add picnic tables, benches or chairs for resting, socializing and enjoying the garden together. • Grow new gardeners: Knowledge shouldn’t be a barrier. Host workshops or start a mentorship program to help new gardeners blossom! • Think affordability: Starting gardens can be expensive. Think of creative ways to cut costs, like seed/tool libraries.

Business coach & strategic planner for social justice leaders | Listen to my podcasts | #Boundaries #HumanGiverSyndrome #FreePalestine
Just one example of what community can look like. For all of us who were trained to go it alone, told that "bootstrapping" is admirable, praised for our individualistic systems, and high-fived for not needing anybody else in order to "succeed," this is for us. What could be possible if we train ourselves to look for, rely on, and join existing communities? If we built new communities out of necessity or as a last resort, instead of doing it to line our pockets or prove how great we are as individuals? Community can be hard, but it can also transform the formerly broken & hopeless into beautiful things and people. #Business #SocialJustice #Community https://lnkd.in/eQxZ5DRE

The Tree Catwalk Very nice educational activity for any group. When being in nature or when planting trees, there are various ways to connect with the life surrounding you. One thing can be to learn names of a plant or a tree (fighting 'plant blindness') A logical next step is to learn some characteristics of course. What is typical for this tree? How is it traditionally used? Where does its name come from and what does it mean? What other life does this tree attract? Does it appear in any mythology or local saga's? Of course we hope to help people to 'see with different eyes'. Beauty and stories are available everywhere, as long as we have trees an plants around us. Yes, life is a catwalk. But sometimes a show is only a real show when there is trees involved :) What is the latest thing that you learnt about nature? And how was that?
Tree CATWALK??? ECOrasmus is about making European educational Youth Work more sustainable. To make it 'greener'. Sometimes even literally. Do you consider to work with nature during your event? How can you that, in a playful way, while you - learn something about the name and characteristics of trees around you? - work outside in the open air? - combine your tree planting or any other activity with a fun and activating learning exercise? Let us introduce you our 'Tree Catwalk' Where participants introduce cool trees in the hippest way :) PS in two weeks our ECOrasmus website will be on air - you will also find some youthful tools there, and educational activities, free to download, like this one ;)
