I'm trying to better understand which operators have the most torque in certain states. Number of stores is one (incomplete) metric, but it's more meaningful when compared to the market cap of the company. Below is a chart showing the # of Pennsylvania stores an operator has divided by their market cap. While Trulieve has the most doors, because of its large market cap, it does not have the most torque. Instead, Jushi Holdings Inc. with 17 stores and a $112mm market cap is the leader followed by Cansortium Inc. with just three stores, but just a $27mm market cap. Is this helpful? Is there a better metric to gauge torque or leverage to a certain state--especially those that might flip to adult use?
