In 2019, we evaluated all the steps in our process as we wanted to show just how detailed and meticulous our processes were; something that our clients told us that was different to other recruiters they had worked with. We worked out that 126 hours was the average time required to complete an assignment, and we coined the Electi 126 process as a result. Launched in 2020, the process has underpinned our latest brand, Electi Talent. You can see the top level of our process below. Another significant milestone in our 12 years in business, which we’re celebrating at the moment. #sales #executive #recruitment
