Hello, The young graduated in professionel environnement, if we notice the employers focus on Master’s degree and more years experiences from young looking for job. For better Solution it’s important for a job position requiring Master’s someone who has 2-3 years of experience. Often the degree is a title and value to the resume but a candidat with Bachelor’s degree can have more experiences than Master’s degree candidat. The degree is important because it’s the result of spending time of studieuses in order to be specialized in a field to put them into practice. This’s my point of views 👌

"“To accomplish great things, we must not only act, but also dream, not only plan, but also believe.” Anatole France Yesterday I made (officially, not as a graduate intern) 5 years at NREL. It's been an honor and a blast working on so many cool projects, and collaborating and learning from so many people inside and outside of NREL that are moving the research and industry of solar. I've also learned a lot about myself, my happiness, and my limits. Here is to a *sustained* career making magical things happen to make the *sustained* energy transition happen. This year's goal: focus on the marathon not the race, and slow down to prioritize and avoid burn out.

Shaping Decisions Through Market Research, Analysis, and Collaborative Innovation | Business Analyst & Strategy Community Coordinator @Forefront
Recently, I've been getting a lot of comments about my age, so let me introduce myself... I'm Marwa, 24 years old, turning 25 in July. I grew up in Ismailia, but now I reside independently in Cairo, far from the comforting embrace of my family. I got first place on my graduation project at Suez Canal University, which I worked on for a whole year. Mornings were spent in the lab working on morning tasks in my job before attending lectures. During breaks, I'd immerse myself in the lab, stealing moments between lectures to refine my work. Evenings were dedicated to advancing my project until the clock struck 7 or 8, before heading home. Even though I was passionate about scientific research and nearly published a paper from my project, I decided not to pursue it as a career as an applied geophysicist. During university, I was an active participant in various extracurricular activities, from organizing events to competing in prestigious contests like the NASA Space Apps challenge. My journey into the professional world began early, at the tender age of 20, I started working in Marketing & Advertising. Post-graduation, I started studying hard in Market Research, Marketing, and Business Development. Eventually securing a role that allowed me to synergize all my skills. Now, I'm happily immersed in work I love, living independently, and taking care of all my responsibilities. It's not easy managing everything, but I'm proud of what I've achieved. Age is just a number. Making jokes about my age or anyone in my generation doesn't benefit anyone. And If you've mastered a stable routine because you're older, or If you're someone who sleeps early and wakes up early, and I don't, it's because I'm still figuring things out. Maybe it's because I have trouble sleeping due to having an illness, or because I feel anxious (which is quite common these days), or simply because I'm more of a night owl! After all, I'm still figuring things out, and that's okay, it's all part of my journey. I know Gen Z gets a lot of judgment, but please don't generalize the whole generation. We're all different. Cheers! #GenZ
