🌀Finding comfort in discomfort... & in turn equipping myself for growth ✨️ 💭 Tonight I am reflecting on the super engaging, enriching and inspirational event co-hosted by the brilliant Coaches of Colour & Media For All [MEFA] yesterday. I was lucky to meet a number of super brave and inspirational people who, like me had taken the time out for some self exploration and prioritisation. Whilst it wasn't the easiest journey to delve deep, I recognise the courage it takes to be open and make any first step. 💪🏽 Thank you again Coaches of Colour & Media For All [MEFA] for hosting this brilliant, empowering evening at the7stars - I have made my bullet list of intentional next steps and will be holding myself accountable to fulfil them. 🫂 Looking forward to the next event and catching up with everyone again 😊 thank you Davina Rajoopillai for your warmth and kindness, was so lovely to meet you ✨️🙏🏼
