In the US, cardiovascular disease, or CVD, is the leading cause of death for women —accounting for at least a third of the women's health gap.     The McKinsey Health Institute's new report highlights how a lack of data and inequities between women and men in care delivery and efficacy contribute to these disparities, as well as opportunities and actions needed to improve women's heart health.
