Self awareness is very important.once in a year periodic medical check up and tests are must for persons above 40 nowadays. Check your LDL colestral level and triglycerides level.maintain within limits.regularly go for brisk walk 20- 30 min daily. Avoid red meat .if you maintain this your heart is 80% good.focus on basics.
