Pattaya will get its first luxury all-inclusive hotel, Paradisus, a brand owned by Meliá Hotels International. This will also be the first Paradisus resort in Asia. Wonderful to see that Asset World Corporation , one of Thailand's prolific hospitality developers, is trying out new things and new brands. I didn't know anything about Paradisus until now. I like its brand expression: “The destination is now included.” It's the brand's promise that every Paradisus resort is shaped by its location and brings the destination to guests with a curated range of activities inside and outside the hotel, in a setting that's harmonious with the local landscape, all at no extra cost. That should soften a misgiving about all-inclusive, ie, it keeps the money within the house, without benefiting local enterprises much. I think reliable chains are even more mindful of this now, given consumer trends such as go-local and sustainability, which includes tourism's function as supporting local livelihoods. Read more about the pros and cons of all-inclusive here: https://lnkd.in/dSfesq74 The Paradisus in Pattaya will be located in Jomtien. A new Melia hotel will also rise in Pattaya, located in AWC's mixed-use attraction, Aquatique, that will open in December. Paradisus will open in 2028. Interestingly, the resort is huge, with nearly 700 keys, and aims to attract domestic and international meetings to fill up those rooms. And I thought luxury all-inclusive is mostly for leisure travelers. Pattaya has improved tremendously over the years. New attractions such as Aquatique and the all-inclusive offering will increase its appeal further. Have you ever experienced hotel views that make you question if you accidentally booked a seat in heaven‘s VIP section? That’s my goal when I recommend and book resorts and hotels for my clients who put the views at the very top of their travel wishlist. Right now I’m planning one of those trips for a client to Santorini, Greece, and here’s what I’ve put on the hotel shortlist: First up, and this one will come as no surprise, Canaves Oia Suites. It overlooks the breathtaking Caldera and the Aegean Sea. What makes Canaves Oia Suites stand out, apart from its luxurious comfort, is its tranquil scenery, perfect for those seeking a peaceful retreat with a view that looks like it's straight out of a postcard. Next on the list is Grace Hotel Santorini. Perched on the island's clifftops, it offers a panoramic view of Santorini's famous sunsets that genuinely defy the laws of beauty. Each room boasts a personal plunge pool, offering a private viewing of the vast, mesmerizing blue sea, making every evening an unforgettable experience. Last but not least, we have Mystique, a Luxury Collection Hotel. Not only does it offer direct views of the deep azure waters and the volcanic cliffs, but it also allows guests to immerse in the local craftsmanship with its traditionally decorated suites. The terraces with infinity pools seem to blend into the sea and sky, offering a seamless union of nature and luxury. Which of these views would you choose? #TravelExperiences #ExploreTheWorld #CustomizedTravel #WrightsMagicalTravels #travelagent #travel #travelplanner #traveladvisor #Carribean #Europe #NorthAmerica #AdultsOnly #Travel2024 #WhereFantasyHappens #Groups #Cruises
