Some how it has already been about a month with Fox Search Group and I am incredibly happy with the decision I made to join. I have been able to spread my wings but also learn at the same time. With leaders like Terry Petzold, CDR, CPTD, Tim Beshears, SHRM-SCP, and Sierra Ritchey, SHRM-CP, an environment for success and empowerment has been created and executed. The #IT and #Tech market will move at industry pace, but it moves at this pace for everyone. Every candidate, every client, every employee, and every recruiter all indulge in this same market. Quality will always out weigh quantity and relationships will out weigh dollar signs. I am proud of everyone at Fox stepping up and out of their comfort zone this past month. I rarely, if ever, talk about ad recruiters and talent scouts. There are probably a few reasons for this. First, the market is more flooded with them than it is with the talent they’re representing. Second, most are the same. With the same offerings. But Christie Cordes is very, very different. I can tell you from the conversations I’ve had with her, she’s on a mission to change the way recruiting works.
