The current state of American healthcare leaves much to be desired which most people know all too well. What isn’t as well known is that we’re not alone. This resource from The Commonwealth Fund takes a deep dive into the state of healthcare in the U.S. and 9 other countries. Our approach at apree health is different, focusing much more closely on whole-person care. We are seeing that a regular doctor or designated place of care is essential for preventive health measures, early disease detection, and managing chronic conditions. Regular interactions with a primary care doctor also lead to fewer healthcare access barriers and more favorable views of the health system, which in turn improves patient engagement and care coordination. #HealthcareReform #advancedprimarycare #PatientEngagement #WholePersonCare https://lnkd.in/g4NZ5ANs
