FIVE MINUTES ⏱ after applying for a role, I got the following email: "After careful consideration and review of your application, we have decided to progress with other candidates for this role." Careful consideration and review, eh? 😂

We recently held a focus group in NYC while we were there for our live career fair! In the coming weeks, we'll be sharing the results we collected from our participants! We asked the physicians how long they feel is adequate for a recruiter to wait before reaching out. The answers were as follows: 🔸Within a week (the sooner the better!) 🔸Within 24-48 hours 🔸1-2 weeks 🔸No longer than a month Overall, the general consensus was that the sooner you reach out, the better - physicians prefer that you reach out within a week, at most. How long after you've viewed a candidate's application do you reach out?
