We are Hiring Virtual Assistant - Medical Billing and Appointment Scheduling   Dijination seeks a highly motivated and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our remote team. Key Responsibilities: ● Verify and process medical billing claims and invoices. ● Review, code, and categorize medical procedures for accurate billing. ● Communicate with insurance companies to resolve billings and payments. ● Maintain detailed and organized billing records. ● Confirm appointments and send reminders to patients. ● Handle rescheduling and cancellation requests. ● Assist in managing the healthcare provider's calendar. ● Accurately input patient and billing information into our electronic systems. ● Maintain updated patient records and insurance information. ● Prepare and send out invoices and statements to clients. ● Collaborate with the medical billing team to ensure a seamless workflow. ● Email management, document filing, and report generation. ● Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and policies.
