Helping people use psychedelic journeys to heal their past, reconnect with their essence, and feel a deep sense of peace and joy.
"What should l eat before a plant ceremony?" I have heard this question over and over again. Diet is an important part of the #plantceremony process. It is crucial to prepare your body and mind for the transformative experience that awaits you. Focus on nourishing your body with fresh fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and lean proteins. Incorporate foods that are known for their cleansing properties, such as leafy greens, ginger, turmeric, and herbal teas. Hydration is also key, so drink plenty of water to help flush out toxins and promote optimal hydration. Remember, the goal is to create a harmonious environment within your body, allowing the plant medicine to work its magic. By consciously choosing a clean and balanced diet, you are setting the stage for a profound and transformative experience during the plant ceremony. Listen to your body and trust its wisdom as you embark on this sacred journey. #ᴘsʏᴄʜᴇᴅᴇʟɪᴄ #psychedelicworld #diettips #balancedmeals #eatcleanfood #ayahuasca #cleandiet

White tea is not often mentioned but it is one of the soothing parts of the Camellia Sinensis plant, and known to boost your immune system, like it’s sister leaves, like green and black tea. Yes, they all come from the same plant, but are processed differently. White tea is the least processed and shown in studies to fight various forms of cancer, thanks to its high level of antioxidants. See, the less you “process” tea leaves, the more antioxidants remain, thus, white tea is very mild, with a delicate taste, and very beneficial. Depending on how strong you brew your tea, white tea is believed to have the least amount of caffeine, making it a really good choice for those who want to avoid or limit their caffeine consumption. We love brewing our White Ginger tea blend, carefully handcrafted with white tea leaves from the hills of Rwanda, Ginger, Lemongrass and Lemon peel, Tulsi Holy Basil, and Oat Straw. Try this tea blend by going to: https://lnkd.in/eSBsDEDu Don’t forget our other tea blends, we have an amazing collection just for you! #life is like a cup of #tea. It's all how you make it!🥂 But just like that #perfect cup of tea, even the best aspects of life can have unexpected twists. Here's one such twist for all you chai #lovers : Us #indians #love our chai! But did you know your daily cup could be affecting your #iron levels? Don't worry, you don't have to ditch the chai just yet, but let's #talk about #irondeficiency and how your favorite #beverage can play a role. Here's the #science behind the sip: Iron 101: Our bodies need iron for many functions, including carrying #oxygen in the #blood . There are two types of iron in #food : heme (from animal sources) and non-heme (from plants). The Tannin Troublemaker: Tea, especially black tea, contains tannins. These are #natural compounds that can bind to iron, making it harder for your body to absorb it. This can be a concern for #people who are prone to iron deficiency, especially vegetarians and vegans who rely more on non-heme iron. So, what can you do? Don't fret! You can still enjoy your chai and optimize your iron intake: Space it Out: Separate your tea from meals rich in iron by at least an hour. This allows your body to absorb the iron before the tannins come into play. Vitamin C Power: Pair your iron-rich meals with a source of Vitamin C like lemon, amla, or oranges. Vitamin C helps increase iron absorption, counteracting the effect of tannins. Variety is Key: Include a good mix of heme and non-heme iron sources in your diet. Lean meat, poultry, and fish are good heme iron sources, while lentils, beans, and leafy greens are rich in non-heme iron. Remember: If you're concerned about iron deficiency, consult a doctor. They can assess your iron levels and recommend the best course of action. #awareness #sciencefacts #intersted #linkdinfamily #linkedincommunity

Moringa tea offers earthy notes similar to that of green tea. It is less astringent than most green tea varieties and can tolerate high temperatures and longer brewing times. It is considered a wonderful daily herb to support general well-being, vitality and health. It is rich in anti-oxidants which helps to fight inflammation & promotes healthy digestion. In Asia and Africa, the moringa tree is often called "the tree of life". The nutritional content makes it a staple food in the most impoverished regions.
