The MCAA Annual Conference 2024 has officially come to an end! Thank you to everyone who joined us onsite and online to celebrate the ten year anniversary of the #MCAA and to discuss issues ranging from career development and academic life to collaboration across sectors and disciplines. We couldn't be more excited to build the next decade of the association together with all of you! Meet the new Board! 💡 Ornela Bardhi, PhD has worked in academia, the science-policy interface, and the industry. As part of the new MCAA Board, she wants to raise awareness about the career options available to researchers. “Given the limited availability of academic positions and the diverse range of careers beyond academia, raising awareness and exploring alternative options is crucial for MCAA members.
