It was a pleasure meeting YBhg Dato’ Sri Dr. Haji Irmohizam Ibrahim, JP during the second mentoring session under the #WomenLeadershipFoundation Program. We've been swamped at Mint with enquiries and I've been rolling up my sleeves to assist the team with dips today. It's been a rewarding experience being back at the coal face underwriting cases, instructing vals, and reviewing QS reports. Reflecting on when I started the business 13 years ago from my home garage, it's been refreshing to revisit those humble beginnings.
