The partnership between Termoplast and KÉSZ Romania took shape more than 20 years ago, during which time we have carried out a series of projects aimed at strengthening sustainable development for both parties in the realisation of projects with PVC windows and doors and aluminium facade structures. These include the impressive Nymphaea Aquapark Wellness&Thermal SPA and the Tradecenter office building, both in Oradea, which meet the needs and expectations of a dynamically changing market, as well as the Hexagon Offices building in Cluj-Napoca, the headquarters of our team and many other companies. The Canton Fair has successfully concluded under the diligent preparation of all SANLEO sales representatives. During the exhibition, we achieved some results and also faced some challenges. I have some profound insights that I would like to share with everyone: Firstly, the exhibition is an important opportunity for us to establish connections with customers and expand our market. Through the exhibition, we gained the attention and recognition of many potential customers. This also reminds us that customer needs are the starting point and focus of our work. We need to closely pay attention to customer needs and respond to their feedback promptly. Secondly, after the exhibition, we are faced with a large amount of follow-up work, including the preparation of quotations, organization of customer information, and follow-ups. This requires higher work efficiency and organizational capabilities from us. I hope that everyone can cooperate efficiently, work together cohesively to complete these tasks, and lay a solid foundation for smooth progress in future cooperation. Furthermore, the exhibition has also made us realize that there are still many shortcomings in our product knowledge and technical application. Products are our core competitive advantage, and only by deeply understanding our products can we better provide solutions to customers. Not to think of #globalisation and #regionalisation as a contradiction: to me, it is the quintessence of my three-day stay last week in Alpbach – #globalisation and #regionalisation can go hand in hand. This is how we can give space to independent ideas, uphold values – and at the same time let the whole world participate in our ideas and values. In doing so, we can be self-determined and at the same time count on the support of partners. Last week in Alpbach, I had the opportunity to represent Hagleitner: a company that has its headquarters in Austria – researching, developing and producing here. Hagleitner relies on this business location: relies on Austria and Europe. There are many companies that do so. But every company is made up of people first and foremost. On Tuesday, Height along with our co-sponsors Beca, GHD, Downer and Fulton Hogan conducted a dynamic series of short “Prepare to Win” workshops for Amotai - Supplier Diversity NZ members in the Bay of Plenty. Chaired by Amotai’s Paul Tukukino, the event involved three sessions delving into vital aspects of Prepositioning, Pricing and Writing - offering invaluable insights into best practice from our sponsors followed by lively Q&A sessions.   The innovative approach of running the three concurrent sessions on rotation allowed attendees to select the two most relevant of the three options. This tailored experience empowered the 40 Amotai members attending with actionable strategies to forge stronger buying connections with potential clients and supplier panels. Height’s Steve Martin presented on prepositioning models, specifically around understanding relationship dynamics and the importance of prepositioning - providing framework examples for identifying client key drivers and aligning value. I start acting as soon as we receive a request for quotation by any potential customer that is interested in our products.  After contract award and signature, I oversee any aspect of a contract’s life cycle, I need to make sure that within all the phases of the program, the contract is respected. Any additional request not foreseen in the contract? I proceed with elaborating a dedicated quotation. ✔ If you had to talk to a #young person, what positive aspect would you emphasise to convince them to choose MAGROUP? 🔹 It’s been 2 years that I’m working in Magnaghi. I can definitely state that the company offers the opportunity to capture knowledge from #experienced individuals, it’s a perfect environment to keep learning on a daily basis. Moreover, being part of MAGROUP, gives you the chance to work in an #international #environment, to travel around the world. Working in an environment where #innovation is the key to success is very supportive in being creative not only in the way you see things but also in the way you approach with any potential problem that may arise.
