What does pausing to have gratitude do for you? ⭐Gratitude allows us to appreciate what we have, fostering a positive mindset that attracts more positivity and abundance. When we stop to be thankful for: our achievements relationships and even challenges. We gain clarity and perspective which makes us better decision-makers and problem solvers. Without reflecting on what we have to be grateful for, even something as simple as morning coffee, we lose focus on what it most important to us. We get caught on the hamster wheel of life and miss what is right in front of us. Recent research notes that we can actually rewire our brain for a more positive mindset by taking just a moment each day to reflect on what we have gratitude for. What do you do to rejuvenate after a long day or week at work? Nature helps me to refocus and appreciate all that we have. 🌟Self-care is not a luxury, it's a necessity.
