Balancing working and being a mum is certainly not easy, it's something I struggle with constantly and it's been especially hard over the last couple of months. But I love and I'm grateful that I get to do both. So I am very proud to announce that I have been selected to be part of the NZ Part Time Power List 2024. It is a list that profiles individuals and employers that are thinking differently about part time roles. It is about celebrating jobs that enable you to build your career, not side-step it when you need a part time role. You can't be what you can't see and the hope with this list is that more employers can see that you can create meaningful part time roles. And that is work that works for everyone! You can view the full list in the link below.  https://shorturl.at/ktAgq Or read more via this fantastic interview with Emma Mclean and Capsule NZ https://lnkd.in/gKPtJJf6 Thanks also to Mango Communications Aotearoa NZ and Claudia Macdonald and Sean Brown for creating a supportive and flexible environment for mums to thrive.

Congrats Chloe! So important to normalise all the different ways parents can come back to the workforce 🙏🏼And let's face it, with better time management, productivity and negotiation skills than pre-baby 🤪

Kudos to you Chloe - this is exactly the sort of support, understanding and recognition that working mums need. I love that you are out in front of this creating roles and environments that allow women to do both.

Love, love. And hey, mums are pretty darn efficient with their time too (because we have to be!) x

Congrats Chloe - taking on two big roles as a business leader and a mum is hard work. It requires patience, resilience and importantly, a great sense of humour!
