Colleagues, For those of you who manage people and projects, I have a question. Do you have a book or a video that provided you with a defining moment in your management skills? Shaped the foundation of your management style? If so, would you share your title here and the name of the resource? Many thanks!

Are steering committees useful or a roadblock to execution?

One year into my strategic planning facilitation, and I have been pleased to work with several dynamic organizations to develop twelve one-page plans and step-downs for their organizations. The leaders of these organizations are tackling some of the most pressing challenges facing our country and the world today, and they are using the One Page Solutions methodology to align their teams for even greater impact. At a time when demands are high, and there are never enough resources, the One Page Plan can help organizations zero in on the decisions that matter most.
