📢 Tecnimont Private Limited, the Indian subsidiary of TECNIMONT (Integrated E&C Solutions), and NEXTCHEM (Sustainable Technology Solutions) announce that the first green hydrogen production plant for the client GAIL(India) Limited was inaugurated at Vijaipur, Madhya Pradesh, India. The project, awarded in May 2022 and implemented by Tecnimont Private Limited in collaboration with NEXTCHEM, marks a significant step towards low carbon energy solutions in India. The facility will produce 4.3 tons per day of green hydrogen via 10 megawatt-based electrolysers, making the state-owned gas utility GAIL the first company to start megawatt-scale operations for the production of green hydrogen. For the third consecutive year, MAIRE is among the partners of the Master in Sustainable Business Administration organized by ALTIS Università Cattolica dedicated to promoting sustainability in management. As part of our support for this year's edition, we recently hosted an industry focus session for the 26 participating students, allowing them to delve deeper into our strategy of sustainability closely integrated with our business. Numerous topics were covered, providing many stimulating discussions on cutting-edge issues such as biodiversity and water management as new challenges in corporate #environmentalsustainability. Students then had the opportunity to engage with a real case study, sharing their insights and proposing concrete solutions. Each year, we take huge pride in contributing to this high-level professional development program aimed at training a new generation of young change agents who aspire to specialize in integrating #sustainability across all business processes as a competitive advantage. 📢 🌱 We announce that NEXTCHEM (Sustainable Technology Solutions) has been awarded by FertigHy a Feasibility Study and Pre-FEED (Front-End Engineering Design) contract leveraging on its NX Stami Green Ammonia™ and NX Stami Nitric Acid™ technologies, while integrating its hydrogen and electrolyzer know-how in a consolidated technical solution. 🤝 The #FertigHy consortium, established in 2023, is composed of a cross-value chain combination of shareholders, including EIT InnoEnergy, Ric Energy Group, MAIRE, Siemens Financial Services, GROUPE INVIVO and The HEINEKEN Company. FertigHy is an example of European industrial players making the decision to invest in Europe for the continuous #decarbonization of the economy. 🛫 We announce that NEXTCHEM (Sustainable Technology Solutions BU), through its subsidiary #MyRechemical, leading the Waste-to-Chemical segment, has signed a licensing contract with DG Fuels Louisiana, LCC in relation to its proprietary NX Circular gasification technology. The plant, set to be operational in 2028, will produce up to 450 million liters per year of #SAF, currently representing one of the largest initiatives globally. 📢📢📢 We announce that NEXTCHEM (Sustainable Technology Solutions), through its subsidiary #NextChemTech, will act as technology design integrator to develop the process design package (PDP) for the hydrogen and carbon dioxide recovery unit of the #HailandGhasha gas development project. The Hail and Ghasha project, a package of which was awarded to TECNIMONT (MAIRE’s Integrated E&C Solutions) by ADNOC in October 2023 for an overall value of 8.7 billion USD, is one of the most strategic initiatives globally to decarbonize the energy processing industry. The project is aimed to operate with net zero CO2 emissions, also thanks to the recovery units to be developed by NextChem Tech which will allow the capture and storage of 1.5 million tons per year of CO2, contributing to ADNOC Group’s commitment to decarbonizing its operations.
