A special congratulations to the inaugural class of our Leadership Intensifier! This advanced leadership development and mentoring program equip team members with the necessary skills to become effective managers and leaders. Over the last six months, participants attended sessions focused on the theory of transformational leadership to create a specific project to address an area of concern.
