Exclusive: Largest Avation PLC (AVAP:LSE) shareholder reduces stake ✈ 🛫 🛩 💲 💲 Avation PLC (AVAP:LSE)'s largest shareholder, Oceanwood Capital Management, reduced its 22.66% position in the LSE-listed lessor on 29 September. The European-focused alternative investment manager's trade of 13.6 million shares, or its 20% shareholding, follows the release of the Singapore-based lessor's annual results. Avation PLC (AVAP:LSE) ended 29 September at 78.88, a 52-week low and down 5.79%. Avation PLC (AVAP:LSE)'s CEO Jeff Chatfield, commenting on the move, tells Airfinance Journal: “Yesterday we had an investor call on the results, which was attended by a global audience with many questions. All of the strategic interest inbound recently has been around the green low CO2 initiatives of the company. We are pleased to see this level of activity in the shares."
