Last night Matt Sprouse and I had the privilege of representing Lumos Fiber at the Clayton Chamber of Commerce Mission Investor and VIP Reception at the stunning Spinning Mill Lofts property in the Town of Clayton. A fun evening of mixing with local leaders and fellow Chamber investors. We are proud to support the good work of the Clayton Chamber and we could not be more thrilled to partner with the Town and the Chamber to bridge the digital divide by expanding our 100% Fiber Optic network into unserved and underserved neighborhoods in this community. Side note: I absolutely love to see old buildings and factories redeveloped while maintaining elements of the building's heritage. Spinning Mill Lofts, a former cotton mill, has done just that! The mill no doubt employed thousands of workers over its decades in operation, and today it's helping fill the critical need for affordable housing in a growing community. #InternetBuiltForTheFutureOfJohnstonCounty
