Hey Lufthansa Allegris, Is it true you stand for the joy of travel? No, it's not! Last week on the flight from YVR to MUC I had the opportunity to sit with my wife in the new Allegris BC Suite. However, the joy of experiencing this new product was significantly dampened by the service provided and the unprofessional and uncommitted LH flight attendants. Expectations for the new Allegris cabin are high, so they should not (like ours) can be destroyed by unsuitable personnel and lead to disappointment. Appropriately trained and competent personnel should be deployed on such flights. Actually on all LH flights. Unfortunately, space is limited here, so I can't list all the unpleasant issues. I will do this elsewhere.    Can all be dismissed as high level whining, but. The outward flight from FRA to ANC with Discover (LH-Group) was, however, a pleasure. Despite the old LH seating, just because of the extremely friendly and very committed on-board staff. It is not enough for Joy of travel to simply install and promote new seating. Only an all-round service could bring you back close to a 5-star airline.

If you want to see how a real Business Class experience looks like or want to actually experience joy of travel, fly Qatar Airways not Lufthansa. The service of this former 5 Star airline has declined to an extent that there's no difference to the worst budget airlines these days. Can't wait to see them go bankrupt when more and more customers turn away. Just hope they're not once again rewarded by being rescued at the expense of tax payers.

Don’t blame the social media team. There is only one way to let Lufthansa know you don’t like them- don’t fly them. As long as the CEO and their management remain the same nothing is going to change. It is your choice. Try other airlines.

I’m enjoying LH FC and BC but I can’t understand what there is always a discussion when it comes to reimbursement for the delayed flights… I’m getting ridiculous answers from the customer service instead of simpy paying reimbursement stated by law.

Dear Lufthansa, I am keen to book flights to India for October but definitely not ready to fly in the old and outdated C-class cabin. How does one figure out which aircraft/routes are Allegris-ready? Thank you!
