Here’s how leading condiment brand, Hellmann's, expanded its funnel through retail media. Partnering with Kroger, the brand aimed to raise awareness on food waste and drive year-round sales beyond big events like Memorial Day and the Super Bowl. The campaign, centered on reusing buffalo wings by providing customers with recipes, boosted sales, turnover, and market share post-Super Bowl. With a consumer-centric approach, Hellmann's emphasised reaching diverse audiences and adaptive strategies.“I think retail media is most powerful when consumers are at the center, and we consider every path that they might be following.” This case highlights a real world example of the power #retailmedia holds in driving meaningful engagement and expanding #brandpresence.
