MAHINDRA DID THIS WITH US! Just a few months back Mahindra reached out to us for a potential collaboration with our creator Vedant Kaushik. And they wanted us to provide them with a sample script on concise notice. After that, I sat down with the team and started brainstorming some ideas which could be implemented for the script after which the idea of showing Vedant’s life in a day made a lot of sense. With this idea, I first spoke to Vedant to make the idea more relatable. Then our team started writing the script at a blistering speed keeping in mind all the scenes that needed to be present in the video even adding in small details like the reaction of family members on the the crazy fast acceleration of the XUV400! We could have written the script in a way that would have been conventional but, We wrote the script in a way that formed a connection between the Mahindra car and Vedant so seamlessly that it became a part of his life. This made the collaboration an absolute success. How? It’s all because of the problem-solving factor that has been addressed in the reel, and due to the exact needed features that every middle-class family desires are present in the car. Kudos to the team who have written such a beautiful script and a good job done by Vedant to capture and deliver the same emotions with a perfect presentation. Being a marketer it is very important to take care of the brand’s POV and creativity, and a perfect balance between both enhances the output even more. #marketing #influencermarketing #brand #collabreels #advertisements

FIVE years with FlaktGroup India is extraordinary because its my first ever 5 yrs with an organization and what an exceptional journey, where: 1. We transformed the company with more than 30% year on year growth in revenue and Human capital, accordingly. 2. Our team survived 2 waves of Pandemic, overcame supply chain disruptions and material price surge. 3. Expanded from One factory to now, Two factories. 4. Achieved diversity on our manpower demography which is more than industry average. and where I am still excited about leveraging human potential of FG India to innovate and create products for sustainable energy and a greener future.
