Gray from Stanford University published a paper on Nature. “Rewiring cancer drivers to activate apoptosis - PubMed (nih.gov)”. Similar to PROTAC, the kinetics of binary and ternary complexes in CIP(Chemical Inducers of Proximity) can be characterized easily and quickly using the Gator® BLI method.  #BLI #CIP #PROTAC

As a parent of 2 children with SLC6A1, I was excited to see the GenROC study included SLC6A1 in the list of single gene rare diseases including in the research.
