Happy Friday! We are blessed to have tons of great opportunities that are available for the right attorneys and paralegals! We are also entering into the last quarter of the year & it's a great time in terms of hiring. Firms want to shore up their staff by the end of the year so that they can ensure that can start 2024 running. I'm looking to meet attorneys and paralegals who are feeling unsatisfied where they are currently at in their career (underpaid, not challenged, whatever reason it may be) and would possibly consider making a change. The timing couldn't be better for those who are. Here is what we are working on: Insurance Defense: Litigation Attorneys: looking to meet attorneys who have PI defense, trucking litigation, or insurance coverage. We have a client (Alpharetta) who is starting 3rd year attorneys at the $160K range, another one who is making a big push into Georgia whose goal is to hire 7-10 attorneys in the next 10 months (100% remote role), and one who has the best culture in Atlanta & truly puts their employees first Paralegal: two roles - one client is in Alpharetta who offers a salary competitive w/ the Big Atlanta firms & one client who is up I-85 whose culture can't be beat. Salary for both would be $65K - high $70K Workers Compensation: Attorney: this role is with a well established (celebrating their 40th anniversary as a firm) and reputable firm in the heart of Marietta. Salary starting at $90K-$100K Estate Planning/Business Law (Perimeter): Attorney: Our client has some BIG revenue goals he wants to accomplish in 2024 & needs 2 attorneys to help him accomplish them. This is a very client facing role & would play an integral role in the firms growth. Salary: $90K - $115K. Office Manager: this role would also play a big role in alleviating some of the administrative tasks our client has on his plate & would free him up to focus on the firm's growth. Personal Injury: Attorney: (3 active roles: Woodstock, Buckhead, and Tucker area)- All three are great opportunities for career growth and to hone your skills as a Personal Injury litigation attorney. Salary would start at the $100K range for all three. Litigation Paralegal: working with a catastrophic/complex injury firm in Marietta. Great opportunity for someone who is looking for more interesting/challenging cases to work on & who loves to really dive into the research/investigative aspect of a complex injury case. This isn't a high volume firm, they are selective about the cases take on & are extremely client focused. Family Law Attorney (Thomasville, GA): This is for someone who loves family law but wants to experience what small town living has to offer.
