🎉 Welcome to Nana Bonsu, Director of Relational Practice, Children and Learning Nana Bonsu, our new Director of Relational Practice is now in post. Nana will be leading on embedding relational practice into the Directorate. 💬 Nana says: “When I saw the role for Director of Relational Practice at Camden, my immediate reaction was excitement and gravitas. It is an ambitious role, creating a coherent relational approach to all aspects of council run services.” “As Director of Relational Practice, what Relational Practice means to me is an understanding that we are all connected in systems. Systems that are malleable and offer feedback that helps us to consider where we need to make changes for social justice and equality. "I truly believe we can create the social worlds we wish to live in, through our language, dialogue, intentionality, and actions. I look forward to further embedding this into Camden culture and practice.” We are excited to welcome Nana, and to work with her to ensure the best possible outcomes for children and families in Camden. #NewInPost #Director #Camden #LocalAuthority

Fantastic well done , I wish you all the success in your role 🙌
Congratulations and this is everything 🙏🏾
As there is nothing good about the failures towards disabled children in Camden I’m hoping to see change. There is no service working for #SEND children especially Autistic children who have nothing in regard to service support so I welcome you to your new role. I hope you get the backing needed to effect change unlike the Autism specialist social worker who’s made no improvements at all in the past year. We don’t have time to waste
