I don't post closed loans like that in and of itself is an accomplishment. I view the type of financing we help our clients obtain as life-changing, which gives more meaning, at least for me, to the transaction. There is nothing more fulfilling to me than hearing " Carl I don't know how to thank you. You pulled off something I didn't think was possible." No doubt it's great to be making the big bucks on the large loans I see posted, but let me tell you how I view the results of my recently closed loans: CLOSED: $1,900,000 commercial bridge loan - help saved my clients property from bank seizure CLOSED: $860,000 purchase LOAN - single mother who needed a home for her kids - NO QUALIFYING INCOME BUT STILL OBTAINED FINANCING FOR HER  CLOSED:$ 925,000 purchase loan - family moving from a foreign country, NO QUALIFYING INCOME, but still obtained financing for them to move back to the states  CLOSED: $1,000,000 cash out refinance on an investment property. Helped client to obtain the proceeds for debt consolidation and take advantage of other investment opportunities. NO TAX RETURNS REQUIRED! CLOSED: $300,000 equity line to pay for a child's wedding. I'm not posting everything that we closed, but I hope you see where my heart is and why I do what I do.
