Have you ever had slog through online training that just wasn’t up to par? “We needed a platform that could handle the changes and growth that we would like to see with HDA Truck Pride as we go down the road. We wanted a platform that we could use not only today, but something that could help us in five or ten years from now,” says Martin Redilla, Education Manager of HDA Truck Pride. The tricky part: content. There's a sea of information out there, but much of it misses the mark. Often times, suppliers will get their marketing departments to come up with content. The problem is, they lack the invaluable knowledge of a parts person. Unfortunately, it seems there’s a specific set of skills that suppliers don’t seem to be providing in training. Absolutely, Nishkam Batta! Training is essential in all aspects of life, whether it be in our professional endeavors or even at home. Just like F1 drivers who undergo rigorous reflex training to avoid potential collisions on the track, we too can benefit from honing our skills and abilities through training. In the workplace, training not only helps us advance in our careers but also equips us with the knowledge and expertise needed to excel in our roles. It allows us to stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, making us more efficient and effective at what we do. Similarly, training at home is equally important. Whether it's learning new recipes for food preparation or mastering household chores, training our minds and bodies can help us accomplish tasks in a much better way. It improves our efficiency, saves time, and ensures better outcomes. So yes, I absolutely agree that with training we can achieve things in a much better way.

Reflex training is important to F1 drivers. As we can see in the video how training for reflex action saved a massive collision. Isn’t training for any subject important? It could be at work or home? At our workplace we train for advancement. At our home, we train our minds for a variety of other things, such as food prep, chores, etc. With training we could achieve things much better way. Do we agree?
