I love the work that our teams are creating as a showcase for the wide range of services we provide. Short-form video is one of the most popular content formats on LinkedIn right now. In fact, video posts are 5x more likely to start a conversation than other types of content. If you're looking to boost your LinkedIn marketing, a short-form video is a great way to do it. Here are a few tips for creating effective short-form video content for LinkedIn: Keep your videos short and sweet. People are busy and don't have time to watch long videos. Aim for videos that are 1-2 minutes long. Use eye-catching visuals. People are more likely to watch a video if it has interesting visuals. Use high-quality images and videos, and make sure your content is visually appealing. Be creative. Don't just post boring product demos or company updates. Get creative with your videos and try to tell a story or provide value to your audience. Promote your videos. Once you've created your videos, don't forget to promote them! Share them on your LinkedIn profile, in your groups, and in your company's newsletter. Throughout my career, I have worked for several companies where I was responsible for maintaining the infrastructure of other organizations. Frequently, we invested in more secure systems for our clients than we did for ourselves. This situation underscores the truth of the French adage, "les cordonniers sont les plus mal chaussés," which translates to "the cobbler's children wear the worst shoes." This disparity often stemmed from strategic decisions that created conflicts between business and operational teams. Consequently, this misalignment contributed to an increase in supply chain breaches.
