Nathalie Roos - Heartfelt and honest approach in leading impACT by LIPTON Teas and Infusions. Brilliantly articulated - every word is purposeful and meaningful. Moving away from certifications and logos/emblems and using those funds to pay more to the growers - unprecedented! I had written to you earlier too - that the tea industry needs a Steve Jobs - and in Nathalie Roos, we have found one! Congratulations!
