Mike Berman's sales career started at T-Mobile in 2004, where he worked his way up from salesperson to sales manager to regional director. After 11 years at T-Mobile, in 2016 he took on a new challenge as a sales leader at GE Digital. There, he continued to move up the ranks, and now he's the Regional Chief Commerce Officer for GE Vernova. In this role, his team works closely with the major power and energy resource operators across North and South America. How did he get there? What did he learn along the way? What was his biggest failure, and how did it transform him? And what's his favorite piece of sales advice? We asked him all of that and more in our latest edition of How I Sell. Dive in ⤵
Fantastic insights! Your customer-centric approach and emphasis on belief and solution resonate deeply. I particularly appreciate your philosophy of prioritizing customers' needs and encouraging his sales team to do the same. The distinction between selling a solution and selling a belief in a solution is profound. By focusing on building belief and trust, you show us that selling isn't just about products, but about solving problems and making a meaningful impact. The article offers valuable lessons for sales professionals and leaders alike. ✨ Mike Berman and Thanks for Sharing LinkedIn Sales Solutions

I usually don't sell anything, I provide 3D design services. There is no better feeling than seeing more than one email landing in your inbox from more than one client asking for your help to make their projects successful. Some of them are current clients and the new ones are referred from other clients.

1moMike Berman, love this interview, for me, this is the money quote: "Sellers won’t solely believe in the solution because of their belief in the solution, they believe in the solution (in part) because of their people leader’s belief in the solution and their belief in that seller." #salesleadership
