It’s time for our annual Summer Shutdown! In the past four years, we've been operating as a remote first company. We have continued to iterate on our approach to remote first work and find what works best for us at Life360 and a key part of our approach is synchronized time off. Synchronized time off gives everyone the opportunity to disconnect and recharge without feeling the constant need to “check in” or come back to a full inbox.
