Happy to share my reflections on attending #LondonTechWeek It was an opportunity to explore the latest trends and innovations in the tech world, meet industry professionals, and discover new possibilities for collaboration. Here are some of my thoughts on the event 👉 To speak the truth, the location didn't leave a positive impression – it felt like a warehouse. Additionally, it was quite hot inside, which created discomfort. Regarding innovations, I felt there was a lack of something truly exciting. Exceptions were the robot dog and interactive dashboards – they caught my attention. Interestingly, the conference attracted a very large delegation from Turkey, showcasing their IT infrastructure and startups. There was also a pitch stage for Ukrainian startups. Networking didn't give me the feeling that I met potential clients. There were some conversations but no sense of promising contacts. Perhaps this impression was due to attending the conference on the third day when all the most interesting things had already happened in the first two days. I also didn't attend the after-party, which might have added new impressions. Overall, the conference was decent, but it didn't have a wow effect on me. On a 5-point scale, I rate it 3.5. Today, I want to discuss my impressions regarding the Next Web Conference (#TNW2024), which was hosted in Amsterdam, Netherlands on June 20th and 2st, 2024. The #conference itself was a definite success. Above all, it delivered on the core expectation: I encountered many #startups and #outsourcing companies, including businesses from Ukraine, during the Next Web event. The diversity of companies participating in the conference resulted in a great selection of speakers. It was genuinely interesting to listen to them and communicate with top decision-makers from diverging #IT companies and organizations. In the end, I’ve managed to arrange multiple meetings with potential business partners thanks to the conference, and hope that some of them will result in long-term cooperation. What I liked the most about the conference, however, was its unique approach to organization. Instead of following the route of a typical conference with a focus on purely practical issues, it also proved to be rather entertaining. The organizers of the conference worked hard on decorations and various non-business events to deliver a festival-like feeling. As a result, the TNW Conference also helped me recuperate energy through its atmosphere of positivity. #event #techconference #innovations #technologies #development

We attended London Tech Week earlier this week and once again it was great to discuss with various founders and other decision makers about the successes and difficulties they have had to develop, compete and grow their businesses. Despite aiming our delegation to consist of 3 people (Founder, Partner-level consultant and Brand Ambassador) in the end due to an illness and other urgent commitments, I (founder) could only attend however it was more than worthwhile thanks also to our people who were tasked behind the scenes to fill my agenda. As a boutique management consultancy, highly-ranked in a number of consulting areas, we had the opportunity to chat with people from various markets in addition to the UK, for example Austria, Costa Rica, Australia, China and US and from startups to businesses at the next or much further stage of development and are looking to engage with them further to consult or collaborate. It was great to attend various panel conversations about AI and the like in this area and also various other topics about business growth and internationalisation of start-up, the evolution and future of work and driving organisational change, which all are areas we specialise strongly, our consultants are an excellent addition to clients and we exchanged our views across these topics directly with various businesses. Various investors and other panelists emphasized the number of startups that do not make it each year but also the resilience and ambition of founders to create ideas, drive innovation, ease difficulties and deliver change all the way towards finally succeeding which is my strong view also! Innovation is disruptive and we develop strong expertise so we are able to help the businesses who want to work with our consultants how they decide for succeeding. For this particular reason, London Tech Week was a great place to be this week! That doesn’t mean we liked everything so we hope it will be better next year. Every time I meet the Italian Tech Alliance team, it's because they are building bridges for the Italian tech ecosystem. This was evident at the South Summit in Madrid a few years ago, Viva Technology in Paris this spring, and once again yesterday at the Italian Embassy in Paris for the second edition of Italy’s DeepTech and ClimaTech Innovation Champions. In collaboration with 360 Capital and ITA - Paris Office, they facilitated insightful and diverse discussions, bringing together institutions, corporations, VCs, CVCs, researchers and entrepreneurs presenting resilient solutions built on strong technological foundations. The event ended with Pascal Cagni, Chairman of Business France, delivering encouraging and motivating closing remarks, providing data-driven insights on Italy’s strengths in the innovation landscape. It’s clear that stronger collaboration between the Italian and French ecosystems can be a key driver in empowering the next generation of entrepreneurs to tackle global challenges through #deeptech and #climatech innovation.
