The ☀️gains it’s energy from its nuclear core. We can take this as an opportunity to go inward, tune into our energy and take responsibility for the energy we show up with for ourselves, for our teams and even in tough situations at work and home. You are responsible for your energy. Mind Your Energy Day 2! #energy #energymanagement #energyflow

This graphic is a great explainer as to why the always on nuclear is also the best solution to preserving our precious land and habitat resources. Wind and Solar kill. Thorium Energy is life.

Nuclear vs renewables...how much land is ok to use for your energy? How much materials is ok to use for your energy?

Nuclear is clean and affordable. However, it is just too slow to deploy and well behind the coal fleet retirement schedule. Renewables won't be replaced by nuclear and the latter is just the complementary to the former.
I thought I'd save AEMO some time and add Dutton's nuclear plans to the ISP. It's a distraction and nothing more. Let's keep building renewables.

The U.S. Department of Energy intends to repurpose parts of DOE-owned land for utility-scale clean energy generation projects. Under the “Cleanup to Clean Energy” initiative, the Department will work with industry, Federal entities, tribes, state and local officials to lease out certain sites – portions of which were previously used in the nation’s nuclear weapons program. Renewable energy is just one of the many industries that Anexis Live supports, we are keen to help grow and maintain a safer sustainable future, reach out to the team and see where we can work together for a safer cleaner future. https://lnkd.in/e84MXiCX #cleanenergy #energy #renewable #solutions #projects #future #Sustainable #cleaner #industry #brand #portfolio #Anexislive #bespoke #events #solutions #support

Commercial Solar Project Originator: I help businesses, schools, and 501c3s improve their profitability and sustainability goals by reducing energy expenses and going green, often times with no capital investment.
Wind, solar and nuclear deliver the cleanest energy supply, with hydro power getting an honorable mention. Do you know why creating and using solar energy on-site is far better than putting it into the grid for long distance/high voltage transmission?

This interesting graph, shows the impact of the Liberal National Parties nuclear strategy, shown in Red. Such a small amount of energy added for Australia, for such a huge cost and with all the usual energy security risks, let alone safety risks.

Breathtaking Caroline Reid, is it really necessary to swear on LinkedIn? And maybe you can get your basic facts right before posting. 1. It’s Trevor St Baker AO (not Kevin) 2. Trevor is one of the most experienced electrical engineers in Australia. In his younger days he worked in the electricity sectors of Victoria, NSW and Qld. 3. Trevor is not only an engineer, but a very smart investor, and a successful business person, in many different technologies in the electricity sector, and beyond. 4. Trevor is a philanthropist, a visionary and a patron of the arts. Stop denigrating this fine Australian, and when you have achieved more than he has, please come and let us all know. 5. The company you refer to is called SMRNT, not SMNR NuScale. 6. SMR NT’s Technical Director is Tony Irwin, a wonderful, fine, patient, humble nuclear engineer. Tony is Australia’s most experienced nuclear engineer. He has been very gracious to me. Tony commissioned the OPAL research reactor before retiring. Tony commissioned eight of the 16 reactors in the U.K. Tony has done more for this country quietly in the last decade, reviewing the emergence and development of SMR technologies than any other individual I know of. 7. The NuScale Carbon Free Power project in the western United States (completely separate from SMR NT in Australia) is something that has seen a lot of commentary from a lot of people who know very little. 8. As the journalist David Crowe from the #SMH just conceded to David Spiers on #ABC #Insiders this morning, and as Victorian energy minister Lily D’Ambrosio MP’s recent announcement makes clear: we are still going to need more gas for some time to come. Is an apology too much to ask for? If you can’t be polite, and well-informed, then please listen quietly to the debate and the civil discourse. For an example, see Roderick Campbell from #TAI at the #BrisbaneDialogues last year, making the case for Net Zero Without Nuclear alongside me and Katherine Teh, moderated by #Griffith University Chancellor Andrew Fraser, and MC’d by Amanda Camm. https://lnkd.in/gNk_QUwF (The post you have forwarded also contains similar levels of breathtaking ignorance, but needs a separate response.) #nuclear #energy #policy #gas #renewables
