LG first damage your AC then stop answering. It’s more than a month and no one contacted me for my issue and complaint. STOP BUYING LG PRODUCTS. I Paid 50k for AMC and this is their services after a yr. STAY WAY FROM THIS SCAM!!!!!

I am quite dissatisfied with the quality of the LG refrigerator I purchased three years ago. Recently, the compressor has malfunctioned, rendering the refrigerator unusable. It is incredibly disappointing that such a critical component would fail after only three years of use, especially considering that the compressor is still under warranty. Furthermore, my experience with LG's customer service has been nothing short of frustrating and unacceptable. The response time has been excessively long, and the level of support provided has been inadequate. It appears that the company is more focused on finding ways to charge customers for repairs, rather than honoring the warranty commitments. This entire ordeal has severely shaken my trust in LG as a brand that prides itself on quality and customer satisfaction. As a loyal customer, I expect a swift and satisfactory resolution to this matter. I demand that LG take immediate action to replace the faulty compressor at no cost to me, as per the terms of the warranty. If I do not receive a prompt and satisfactory response from your team regarding this issue, I will have no choice but to explore legal avenues to seek resolution. Regards, Karan. 9910091601

It has been over 15 days, and my issue remains unresolved. Your team has been unhelpful. I have three LG units, and after just two years, the AC stopped working. RNP240625078444 The technician initially damaged my AC, and now my service request is being canceled. In my area, my call was assigned to a local team named R S Enterprise. Their senior staff and technicians—Vikash, Neeraj, Shubham, and Arman—canceled my request. Furthermore, LG expects me to resolve this issue directly with R S Enterprise. The customer service team has also been ineffective. When I asked to file a complaint against the technicians and customer service executives, Ajay Singh, the team leader, refused to register it.
