RNP240625078444 It's been more than 15 days and I am still waiting for my issue to get resolved. Your team is good for nothing. I have 3 LG and after 2yr your AC stops working. The technician first damaged my ac and now they are cancelling my service request. In my area the assigned my call to some local team named R S Enterprise and their senior and technicians named Vikash, Neeraj, Shubham, Arman, they cancelled my request. Moreover, LG customer want me to fight for my issue with R S Enterprise. Customer team is also good for nothing and when I request to raise complaint for technicians and customer executives to Ajay singh team leader denied registered my complaint.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the LG air conditioner I purchased on 24.03.2024. Despite having it reinstalled just last week, I have been facing continuous issues ever since. This experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing, especially considering the reputation of LG. To add to my frustration, the remote control has stopped working. I have already replaced the batteries, but the problem persists. I even attempted to use the remote function through my smartphone, but that also failed. I am extremely disappointed with the after-sales service provided by LG. The product quality and the support I have received are far below my expectations. This is not the level of service I anticipated when I chose to purchase from LG. I request you to immediately send a qualified technician to resolve these issues. The ongoing problems and lack of effective support are unacceptable. I am very tired and frustrated with the poor performance of your product and the after-sales service. Please address this matter urgently.

LG pathetic service. RNP240624045584 it is more than a month complete with issue repair a TV also I approved the amount to the technician speak so many times to customer care with mr Ajay, utkarsh, jeevan preet they all told me that it will be repair today but not done. Even service partner are not answering my calls.
