๐ฉ๐ผ๐ ๐จ๐ฝ๐ ๐๐๐ฑ๐ฌ๐๐ง๐ญ๐ข๐๐ฅ ๐ฆ๐๐๐ญ๐ฌ ๐.๐. ๐ฌ๐ญ๐ฎ๐๐๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ ๐จ๐ป๐ ๐ฉ๐พ๐ ย We are delighted to have hosted, in collaboration with The Lex Fellowship, the first of many induction events for students from various USA universities. ย Vincenzo Piccarreta and Andrea Valdo Mocchi explained the fundamentals of #patent law and presented a practical case for the students to solve. The class was divided into two teams, one representing the plaintiff, the other representing the defendant, while three students formed the judging panel. After studying the case, they conducted negotiations and pleaded before the judges who then rendered their decision. ย It was an enriching experience for everyone - the students engaged with interest, creativity and determination...just like real litigators! ย Many thanks to Sholom Borenstein, Alberto Perucca and Alda Sacco
