They sell faulty products. I purchased a Lenovo Ideapad Flex 5 (Serial No. PW07P8BC) on Feb 23 2024. After 4 months and 25-30 trips to the service center and multiple times (8-9 times) multiple parts have been replaced, my issue remains unresolved, and they refuse to replace the laptop. Your engineer also has verified and given in written that there is a issue in the laptop, then also the higher authority is claiming that the issue is not there. I need a complete laptop replacement as I have been sold a faulty product.
