While some may argue that the significant drop in numbers in 2023 may be attributed to a 4c drop in the $AU from $US0.70 to $US0.66, it is important to note that 2022 also saw a drop from $US0.71 to $US0.68 and the two record years for E3 approvals corresponded with a fall of 11c from $US0.81 in January 2018 to $US0.70 in December 2019. So, how do you explain a 15% drop in E3 and a nearly 18% drop in E3R visas when the US is experiencing low unemployment, posted record GPD, and Visa Appointment wait times in Australia are at record lows?
