A good leader will evaluate ideas from several people at all levels of the organization. Office politics can often elevate those who might be liked, popular or specialize in building relationships with the right people. Strong companies will look for ideas that further their goals and be agile enough to change course if the opportunity presents itself.

Absolutely agree, Leadership Up! It's amazing how the simplest truths resonate the loudest. In your experience, how have you seen this truth play out in the business world? I've found that staying authentic and transparent can make a world of difference. What's your take on this? I'd love to hear your thoughts, and invite others to chime in as well.

That is so true. I bet you guys don't know this, but, I was at the table at the creekwood center in Willow Grove, with people who were talking about my business plans. They were talking about Steve Jobs. He had something. So,to make a long story short,I was the one who came up with the idea to sell to Macintosh. I was thinking 🤔, well,Dell is doing pretty good. HP,there doing well. IBM, that's good.My brother started on a Macintosh. So,uh,why not sell to them? They wanted a different name. So, I was like,my sister liked apple. I can remember her and me at springers market on Keswick Ave and glenside Ave. She was real little. She had a half eaten apple 🍎 and she was saying to poeple at the market,"Does anybody want this apple? " She kept asking that. I don't know why. She had her reasons.Well, that's where I got the idea to name it , Apple 🍎🍏. So,that where the original idea 💡 came from. Me. That was the day they were interested in my work. I had 500 pages of business ideas 💡. My mistake. My father had the best idea. He said,"you have fantastic ideas 💡! Why don't you keep a tablet, paper, by your bed, and whenever you get an idea,jot it down. You've got unbelievability fantastic ideas.

In weaker organizations, internal politics can overshadow merit, leading to suboptimal outcomes. In stronger, more resilient companies, the focus is on the best ideas and innovative solutions, which drive true progress and success. In weak companies ego wins, in strong companies intelligence and talent wins even if it's coming from the newest hire. Companies need to understand that before deciding on who gets laid off and who gets promoted.

God Bless you Steve and I was wishing to work for you one day here in America, but I work for lots of companies here non of them think like or even think opposite of you... Shame on them and thats why they are loser , they stolen my ideas they hurt me despite of I was helping them to grow, but lack of quality and lack of education came against me like a jealousy and envy to destroy me and fire me... Absolutely. Correct when you're able to run your company with team players. That is comfortable with the company. And have good communication and let them be there soak in the company. Able to see the talent that the team players give out to the company of their ideas. The hidden talent the company prosper.Everybody who's working for that company brings out the best of them when they're able to share their ideas with one anothere with the leadrrs I'm working together it's very important The companies that have team players that have excellent That company becomes very successful..

I think the workplace has to change. We need to work because,we need money to feed ourselves,to pay bills,to buy homes, to rent, wherever or whatever you can afford.The work place, whether you work on your own. Or,at a business. Or whatever. People need to be appreciated 👍. You need to do your job. No doubt about that. Anybody who wants to work, they want to work honestly. Let them. They want to do good work. Let them. I wanted to start working in my hometown. There was a health food store up in n Easton road. I was 15 years old. I had planned this. I washed up. Set out my clothes. And I planned what I was going to say.Gosh, this was going to be great 😃👍😊 I was excited. I said a prayer first.I looked in the mirror. And I told myself, well,here goes! I walked up to the health store. And I talked with the guy. He was into health. It was exiting! I was in a health store. Wow. I looked at the shelves. I was fascinated. They had alternative milk. Books 📚. This was the start of something big.

The difference between working for an ego led leader and a caring leader whom strives to collaborate a unity of togerthness to implement ideas 💡 for the organisation to continue growing 📈
