It's Women's Health Week 🌷 As the founder of two supplement businesses, health has always been front of mind - how we can be healthier and happier, to lead long and fulfilling lives. This Women's Health Week, let's really prioritise our health. Book that cervical screening. Have your breasts checked. Take stock of your diet, and go for the blood test you've been putting off. As parents - even grandparents - taking care of others is what we do. But it's important to take care of YOU as well 💗 #WomensHealthWeek #WomensHealth

Disrupting breast health through 🎀iBreastExam & Selfi. Femtech Advocate. Upnotch Mentor. Cancer Life Coach. All in honor of my sister Nayana🌹who lost her beautiful life to late-stage triple negative breast cancer
We need women to understand the value of breast health - and this educational must begin at a young age. Even as a mom of two young boys, I tell them to eat their fruits and veggies, talk about what bothers them, AND to ensure they understand their bodies and the physical changes they are experiencing. This is preventive health; ensuring that we do what we can, early on to avoid complications later. #breastcancerawareness #earlydetectionforall #takechargeofyourhealth #iBreastExam
