I just finished the CRE podcast episode hosted by Adam Powadiuk & Aaron Cameron with Andrew Joyner and it was great to hear Andrew's solutions to help boost housing. 1) Provide HST exemption for active rental projects 2) Provide Dev Fee or Property Tax relief for future projects Two very simple ideas that require the commitment of all levels of government.
